purposes. Cookies allow the Website to remember important information that will make your use of the site
more convenient. A cookie will typically contain the name of the domain from which the cookie has come, the
“lifetime” of the cookie, and a randomly generated unique number or other value. Certain cookies will be
used on the Site regardless of whether you are logged in to your account or not. Like most websites, we use
cookies for a variety of purposes in order to improve your online experience, for analytics and for
marketing, but specifically we use Cookies on the Website for the following purposes:
Analytical Purposes: We use Cookies to analyze user activity in order to improve the Website. For example,
using Cookies we can look at aggregate patterns like the average number of job searches that users perform.
We can use such analysis to gain insights about how to improve the functionality and user experience of the
Website.

These Cookies allow us to display Instaspaces promotional material to you on other sites you visit across
the Internet. Instaspaces may also share information about your behavior on the Site with third parties
(including operators of third-party websites and/or social networking sites) in order to show you targeted
advertisements and other content that has been customized for you.
Session Management: We use Cookies for Session management. It is an important part of our platform to keep a
check on anonymous usage and So in order to achieve this, we use Cookies to keep a record of the
authenticated person for a seamless and hassle-free experience. We also use cookies to keep a log of payment
session initiated by the customer after checking out the required workspace. Session Management is the only
function which won't initiate at all if cookies are disabled. We encourage the customer to clear the cookies
after getting confirmation of a booking, or start the session with Privacy Mode of the browser before
starting the booking Process.
Session Cookies are temporary cookies that remain in the cookie file of your browser until you leave the
Website.
Persistent Cookies remain in the cookie file of your browser for much longer (though how long will depend on
the lifetime of the specific cookie). When we use session cookies to track the total number of visitors to
our Website, this is done on an anonymous aggregate basis (as cookies do not in themselves carry any
personal data). We may also employ cookies so that we remember your computer when it is used to return to
the Website to help customize your Instaspaces web experience. We may associate personal information with a
cookie file in those instances. Use the options in your web browser if you do not wish to receive a cookie
or if you wish to set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie.

INTEREST-BASED ONLINE ADVERTISING AND GOOGLE ANALYTICS
This section of our Privacy Notice provides details about interest-based online advertising (also called
"targeted advertising", “remarketing”, or "behavioral advertising"), Google Analytics, and your choices with
respect to this type of advertising.
We use Google Analytics’ 3rd-party audience data such as age, gender and interests to better understanding
the behavior of our customers and work with companies that collect information about your online activities
to provide advertising targeted to suit your interests and preferences. For example, you may see certain ads
on this website or other websites because we contract with Google and other similar companies to target our
ads based on information we or they have collected, including information that was collected through
automated means (such as cookies and web beacons). These companies also use automated technologies to
collect information when you click on our ads, which helps track and manage the effectiveness of our
marketing efforts.
The information collected using these tools may include your IP address, browser characteristics, operating
system, the address of the web page that referred you to our Website, dates and times of Website visits, the
language your system uses, and the country and time zone in which your device is located.
Instaspaces uses the AdWords and Remarketing Lists features of Google Analytics for Display Advertisers.
Instaspaces and Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies
(such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to
our Website. This means that vendors including Google will display Instaspaces promotional material on other
sites you visit across the Internet.
You may opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertisers including AdWords and opt-out of customized
Google Display Network ads by visiting the Google Ads Preferences Manager. To provide website visitors more
choice on how their data is collected by Google Analytics, Google has developed an Opt-out Browser add-on,
which is available by visiting Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, to enable you to opt-out of Google’s
programs or by visiting the Google Display Network ads’ preferences at
http://www.google.com/ads/preferences/. Because those opt-out and preference control pages are specific to
the individual browser used to visit it, and because that page is not operated by Instaspaces, we are unable
to perform the opt-outs on your behalf.

online access and the opportunity to change your information. To protect your privacy and security, we will
also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as a password and user ID, before granting access
to your data. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to refuse to provide visitors to our websites
with a copy of their personal data, but will give reasons for our refusal.

described above) collected through the Site. We may, however, share your information (i) with trusted third
parties who provide products or services to us, (ii) as required by law and when we believe in good faith
